If you're having problems ordering online please check the home page; if there is a line of red text in the middle of the page this indicates that the browser you are using may have unsuitable settings which are easily changed. Just click on the link in the red text and it will show you how to overcome this quickly and easily.

If you see a message regarding 'cookies' when you try to add items to your basket this can also be easily overcome. In the toolbar at the top of the screen click 'Tools' then 'Internet Options'; this will open another window. Click on the 'Privacy' tab and you you see a slider control most likely set to its top level saying 'Block all cookies' - move the slider down one level and click 'Apply' then 'OK'. Refresh the page with the button next to the address bar and try again. This should resolve the problem and will not affect your computer's security.
